Deborah Freeman
Healer
Deborah Freeman O'Connor has been inspired by meditation for over 50 years when she began studying how the senses affected the balance of the body, mind and spirit through music, mantras and sound therapy.
She is a Reiki practitioner, Certified Kripalu yoga teacher, chakra meditation teacher and energy healer and has studied with shamans, medical intuitives, master herbalists and essential oil experts.

She studied healing science at Barbara Brennan School of healing and has studied sound healing with Emile Deleon, Jonathan Goldman and Steven Halpern who are master sound healers. Singing bowls and the extraordinary healing powers of vibrational sound as well as vocal harmonics have led to the study of sound bath experience and teachings.

Deb is an author of a book entitled Let it Flow, a guide to chakra meditation through gentle yoga and sound therapeutic methods. Deb has recently written a second book entitled Namaste Sayings inspired during the pandemic, comprised of inspirational sayings that are read during savasana (relaxation) in yoga classes.

Through gentle yoga, breath work and sound therapy, she has shared her work at Yoga Journal Magazine Conferences, Kripalu workshops and with self-improvement groups throughout the northeast. She has organized retreats for cancer survivors, elders at assisted living facilities and under privileged children.

Deb welcomes all who are open to embracing and nourishing their inner selves and who share the human yearning to be whole and complete through the study of healing modalities.
